You will guide Borrowers through the mortgage milestones at every step of the purchase and refinance process. You will provide initial consultations to identify the Borrowers’ needs and criteria for their new or existing home. You will implement a sound financial plan through mortgages and act as your Borrower advocate and adviser through the closing day. Compensation:
220 bps (Self-Sourced)
170bps (Brokerage Generated)
Brokerage Transaction Fee: $1,000 ($12,000 cap)
