Job Description

REALTORS® who have an active Mortgage Loan Originators license are needed to operate as business developers and loan officer assistants. They will assist our Senior Mortgage Loan Originators guarantee a better customer experience.

Compensation: 30bps (per file)

Recruiting RevShare: $250 per file (contact us for more info)

Skills

Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent and a Licenced Mortgage Loan Originator.

Experience

Basic knowledge of mortgage programs, mortgage origination, and mortgage processing.

Responsibilities

  1. Obtaining Mortgage Applications
  2. Educating consumers about various mortgage programs offered
  3. Review and collect mortgage loan documents
  4. Review loan disclosures with borrowers
  5. Invite potential borrowers to home-buying classes
  6. Help potential borrowers with determining Down Payment Assistance Programs they may qualify for
  7. Attend closings when needed.
